Prices, resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee

• Prices in € are per apartment and day for the indicated minimum occupancy; exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee.
• The resort tax of € 3.50 to 31.10.23 and € 4.00 from 01.11.23 will be charged separately.. Children and youth under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.
• End-of-stay cleaning fee has to be paid once: € 45.00 for Apartments SUN 1, SUN 3, SUN 4 and SUN 5
  and € 60.00 for Apartments SUN 2 and SUN 6.

Breakfast
Guests at the apartment house can book the lavish breakfast buffet at Hotel Liebe Sonne (located opposite) for a surcharge of € 21.00 per person and day.
 

Dogs
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome on prior arrangement. Please inform us when booking the apartment. Surcharge of € 15.00  per day without dog food.
 

Check-in/check-out
On your day of arrival the apartments are available from 3.00 pm. It might also happen that your apartment is ready for occupation earlier. On your departure day we kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10.00 am at the latest. Please let us know in case you arrive later than at 6.00 pm.

Cancellation terms
For cancellations the general conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

• 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
• 3 months - 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
• 1 month - 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
• 1 week or less prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
